We are from Maryland and were visiting dear friends who generously gave this gift of massages! I enjoyed my experience... with brunette Jessie last week! (As opposed to blonde Jess who was my friends therapist that day!) My “Hot Chocolate on the Rocks” was amazing! She was very accommodating with my issues of dizziness. The services offered at Elements of Touch Wellness Spa are very nice and the extra amenities that come with the visit... are exquisite. I highly recommend a day or half day at this spa.I Got a dermaplane/facial, scalp massage, foot scrub and 90 minute full body massage.I Especially enjoyed the hot tea and infused water options with snacks.Each minor detail was offered with bath robes, blankets, refills on tea and making sure the temp of your water was just right. This place doesn’t skip a beat on details and amenities.I had my massage with the owner and she released trigger points and tight fascia that I feel I’ve been carrying with me for the last ten years. After my massage she went over every detail of my treatment and how I can further improve my body wellness at home. I feel like 20 years of tightness and heaviness was lifted from my body.This was an excellent experience and very relaxing. I Would highly recommend this little gem in the mountains and I will definitely visit again.read more

My Wife and I had the BFF massage with Jenifer and Meredith. These ladies were very professional and knowledgeable... about their field. Meridith found every knot in my back, neck and shoulders and worked them out. Professional acumen aside, our therapists we pleasant and welcoming; my wife and I had a marvelous time and left feeling great and relaxed. the room was very inviting and warm. I enjoyed the aromatherapy very much. My wife and I both agreed it was the best messages we've received. I also need to speak of the grounds. This place is along the river, and you can relax in the back area near it. The landscape is both charming and relaxing. There is also patio chairs and benches spread along the area to relax on. loved this place!! the environment was wonderful and calm, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I came with... my mom and I was suffering from pretty bad allergies. They accommodated very well for my stuffy nose and had me use the table on an incline, and had essential oils that cleared up my sinuses! The staff were very kind and understanding when I said I was nervous about the treatment as it was my first time ever having any sort of spa experience.The treatments we got were a collagen eye mask, a hair and scalp treatment, a foot scrub and wrap, and a full body hot stone massage. Each of those were so wonderful and made me feel so nice, I even fell asleep during it!If you're looking for a smaller, calm spa experience, definitely come here! You won't regret it!They also sell art and jewlery made by independent artists, so check them out if you're in the market for some pretty art 🙂read more

We had an epic spa day for my birthday this year at Elements of Touch. All the staff were ahhhmazing! We loved the Zen... Trilogy the most. I also loved the lemon facial-my favorite scent. Kelli, Jenifer, and Katja took great care of us and made us feel spoiled, pampered, and relaxed all day. Ravit was amazing in getting us scheduled and working out all the timing! Highly recommend!!! I received a fantastic full body massage from Meredith, who has magic hands. From when I entered the room to when I... left, I relaxed into the atmosphere of this magical place. The flute music floating on the air made me forget my job hunt rejections and realize future possibilities. The pampering helped me renew and rejuvenate. This place is the best! Have going here since 2007 and moved from Colorado in 2015 and still book a spa day whenever we... go back, almost yearly to visit family. Even though the staff may change, the therapists they have are superb! The setting along the Big Thompson River is so relaxing. On days when warm enough, the windows may be open and you hear the relaxing rush of the river. This place is absolutely the best in one of my favorite vacation spots!read more

This was, hands-down (see what I did there?), the BEST spa experience I have ever had. We were treated like the most... important people in the world from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. A pair of soft robes, a tray of nibbles and glasses of sparkling fruit juice (more adult beverages available for those in that mood) waited for us. Foot soak, hand scrub with paraffin, foot scrub with mask, hot stone massage, scalp rub, then a full-body massage. I could have melted into the table! The views from the room of the river and the bespoke artwork on the riverbank invite conversation and reflection. The atmosphere was perfect, warm and inviting, the smell of lavender and lotions in the air. Voices and music were low, as were the lights. Struggled to not fall asleep under the gentle ministrations of Katya! You owe yourself a treat: go here and get it!read more

My husband and I come here every year to start our anniversary vacation! We stay in Estes park for 10 days each year... and we always plan to come here to get our body's relaxed for the relaxing vacation. Then we also have a massage where they come up to our cabin and we do a 2hr massage! Amazing I would say we get here and relax and the we get massage to stay relaxed to go back home! Cute little place. The massage was over the top! Meredith knows her profession and did beyond an amazing job! Probably... one of the best massages of my life. I highly recommend Meredith!The facial was less than desirable. If I had to guess, the person who did our facials was new, or just filling in, or the daughter of the owner...but she did NOT know her stuff. Basically I got a face wash, blasting steam in my face and a few hot towels wrapped around my face. No aromatherapy, no peaceful music playing in the back, and no extractions or real anything on my face. No shoulder or head massage. It was just a very strange experience.read more

The owner went above and beyond to make my friend's 50th Birthday special. A group of 6 of us all received excellent... treatments and while we waited for each other we were treated to a beautiful view from their patio. The owner allowed us to bring snacks and drinks and she offered us Mimosas/tea and fruit/cheese plates. This was such a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I have had some issues with my back and other body parts. These wonderful healers always listen and help to work out the kinks. They will use a variety of techniques besides massage such as cupping, acupressure, and ultrasound to make my body a better place to BE!read more

This was such a relaxing spa experience for my boyfriend and I after some intense rock climbing adventures in RMNP. I... received a Triple Detox treatment, and this included a very carefully practiced abdominal massage (Chi Nei Tsang). My boyfriend received the Heavenly Hands treatment which was perfect for soothing and restoring some of the scarring on his hands/fingers. Where do I even begin! My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to Estes and had no idea about the area but decided on... Elements of touch based off the reviews! From the second we walked into the building, the charismatic team did not disappoint. We were automatically relaxed and ready for our "my bff" package. This was the best 90 minutes I could have ever asked for!! Both me and my boyfriend were in absolute heaven, we could barely get off the table at the end. If you are wanting to relax elements of touch is a MUST. The staff even gave us great recommendations for lunch after! Next time we are in Estes's we will be back!!read more

We've gone to elements of touch for 6 years straight. At least once a year, a group of moms go and relax for a long... weekend away. It's the perfect, calm, relaxing environment! The price is right and the spa treatments are excellent. Toni gives by far the best massage I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend.read more

Such a wonderful experience! The spa and it's location are beautiful. The staff made sure to seat us outside and... offered water as we waited for our appointment. My partner and I both selected the wind and mountain package and loved it. We were both practically asleep by the end. Really relaxed us the day before our wedding! I was fortunate to have Madison as my massage therapist for the "Wind & Mountain" massage and asked to focus it on... lower body (we had been hiking) and it was the best, most focused massage I've ever had. Madison was absolutely phenomenal, she took my requests and focused on the areas that I needed while providing an amazing experience. Not super thrilled with how everything happened. Upon arriving in Estes, I booked a massage for my wife and I two days... in advance. The night prior to the massage (8pm) I received a text saying that they would not be able to accommodate us because they didn't have the staff to do the couple's massage. They told us that they just talked to the owner of another massage company in town that had availability and would put us down. I called the other company immediately when open the next day and they said they were full and couldn't accommodate us and were completely full. Being our anniversary, we weren't super happy with how it played out. We felt like we were completely blown off.read more
